Refund & Exchange

Dye Pop observes the right to cancel any orders based on past customer experience and is not liable for this. Dye pop will not entertain any exchange/refund as we have a strict no exchange/refund policy since each item is hand dyed and custom made as per your demand.

Each item goes through a considerable amount of quality inspection process before it is ready to be dispatched. However, in case of any default in the items, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the items and your request will be entertained within 5 working days.

Please note that we do not entertain size related exchanges due to safety protocols related to covid-19 and the customized nature of our items.
